Covid-19 Response

At BMT we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved in our business and to delivering the highest levels of service to our customers. Never have these principles felt more important than in this current unsettling time.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic we have been making the most of our structure, geographic distribution and technology to ensure we provide our customers and partners with a near business as usual service, whilst adhering to all international and local government guidance.

We know that some of our customers are facing complex challenges as their industries and sectors adapt to the immediate changes and long term impacts this pandemic brings. As ever, BMT is here for you as your trusted partner.

It is clear that the pandemic will be with us for some time to come. But also that the scale of the outbreak is changing by country, city and even neighbourhood over time.

We have introduced robust measures to safeguard our customers, employees, partners and the communities in which we operate. These are reviewed and regularly updated to ensure they are right for everywhere we operate.

Globally we have stopped all non-essential international travel and apply rigorous standards for ensuring our offices are COVID-secure.

Further measures are being applied on regional basis in line with local guidance. Depending on location, these measures include:

  • Employees working from home, using our technology platforms to maintain seamless communication.
  • Social distancing measures are being adopted by all employees and self-isolation where risk levels indicate the need
  • Restrictions on visitors to BMT premises

However, where it is safe to do so and in line with local guidance offices are open and accessible.

We remain fully focused on supporting our customers with the minimum level of disruption.

You can reach us by all the normal communication channels.

I wish you, your families and your business all the best in these challenging times.

Best regards,

Sarah Kenny
CEO
