How do we collect data?

The most common way to collect personal data is by you sharing this through a form, including, but not limited to, our Contact us form, newsletter subscription form, and event sign up.

You have a right to know about the personal information we hold about you. You also have a right to have your data corrected or deleted. Please address all your queries and / or requests about our data to the

We also collect data through cookies. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the visitor’s device. These cookies are set when you submit a form, login or interact with the site. Some cookies on this site are essential, and the site will not work as expected without them. We also use this to adjust our website to provide you with a better browsing experience. Therefore, sometimes when you revisit our site, the page might recognise you and automatically present the data you have submitted previously.

Hubspot is the tool we use to ensure we provide the most relevant information and experience of our website. HubSpot has their own set of Cookies, and you can read about them here: HubSpot Cookie Policy.

We also use Google Analytics to create a better user experience, which is a web analytics tool. Google Analytics cookies on this website store information about:

  • when you first visited the website
  • when you last visited the website
  • when your current visit to the website started
  • how many times you have visited the website
  • your IP address, and how you found the website.

We have adjusted the settings of Google Analytics so that the last digits of your IP address are removed before it is stored on Google. We do this to reduce the ability to link information to individuals.

In addition, we use Hotjar to better understand our visitors’ needs and to optimise the website experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our visitors’ behavioural patterns while browsing our site, including how much time they spend on which pages and which links they choose to click on, and this enables us to have a visual representation of how visitors are interacting with our site. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our visitors’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

For further details, please see the ‘about Hotjar’ section of Hotjar’s support site.

We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag which allows us to: monitor traffic from our LinkedIn ads, retarget visitors with LinkedIn ads, and learn more about the professional traits of visitors to our website. It collects data including, the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics (User Agent), and timestamp. IP addresses are truncated or hashed (when used for reaching members across devices), and members’ direct identifiers are removed within seven days in order to make the data pseudonymous. This remaining pseudonymized data is then deleted within 180 days.
