Global social innovation at BMT

Employee-led influence and collaboration

We encourage social innovation through employee-led groups that collaborate globally and locally.

Our communities are employee-led resource groups, which create awareness and actions around the issues we value.

The Wellbeing Zone is a community for employees to share ideas and resources to drive and support their well-being. In addition, they are raising awareness of how to impact BMT's broader workplace well-being positively.

Prism LGBTQ+ and Allies

Prism meets regularly with the mission to support our colleagues and leaders with advice and access to resources and feedback on LGBTQ+. They work as a community to positively influence BMT's behaviours, policies, and processes to advocate LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Young Professionals Network

A community provides those early in their career an opportunity to connect with colleagues within BMT across different sectors and different countries. A society that supports collaboration, sharing of experiences and learning. As a member of our Young Professional Network, you will be mentored and backed by our Leadership team.

Global Graduate & Apprenticeship Group

A key aspect of our 18-month Global Graduate & Apprentice programme is the opportunity to engage and build a network amongst peers. A community that enables you to learn together and grow together.

The Sustainability Action Team! A community of forward-thinking individuals who spread the word to showcase our commitment to building a more resilient and responsible future.

Communication Champions

Communication Champions use their knowledge of the business and communication skills to help improve the effectiveness of communications within BMT.

Employee Engagement Group

The Employee Engagement Group (EEG) strives to ensure that as an employee at BMT, we can express our views, ideas and raise any concerns. The EEG will share and discuss themes with our Senior Leadership team, who will listen and respond. The aim is to ensure that the focus on our employee engagement within BMT stays solid and prevalent.

Professional Practice Communities

We have a number of online communities that join up specific capabilities and professional practice across our global network of consultants (for example project management).  The forums are intended to provide networking and a place to share best practices, ask questions, and share ideas.
