Understanding users

How do you satisfy the needs of the deep specialist as well as the more general, non-analyst user? Our team analyzes these needs and behaviors to create the brief for our data scientists and engineers. The result is a system that works for all of its users.

User research

Understanding different users and their data needs is critical for our customers to maximise the value of their data. Our team analyses these needs and user behaviours to create the brief for our data scientists and engineers. The result is a solution that works for all of its users.

By understanding the ‘who, what, why and how’ of what different users want to do with the data and the kind of output and analysis they need, we are able to meet a diverse set of requirements.

We define user personas and user workflows to create data analysis and user stories to meet the needs of all stakeholder user groups within our client’s organisations.

Our team has applied Human Factors Integration and Human System Integration in a variety of domains and we’re experienced in the analysis of information flows and decision-making processes. This includes requirements capture, task and information flow analysis, human computer interface design and assessment, and human performance assessment including workload and situational awareness.
