Supporting the Gas Field Development Project located offshore Central Java, Indonesia, we delivered safety and technical studies for the Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (PCIC) phase of surface facilities and the in-field flowline.
A number of facilities are supported during this phase, including the central processing platform, wellhead modules, satellite wellhead towers and in-field pipelines.
Our role was to lead the HAZOP and SIL Classification study meetings and produce a detailed report.
The customer sought out our specialists to identify the risks, uncertainties and the potential cost/liability exposure of a bulk chemical storage terminal in the Philippines - as well as the costs of the associated mitigations.
