Improving business development skills to enable our staff to add real value to our customers is a key priority at BMT and a focus for all our courses. They include leadership development, project management, selling and negotiation skills, contracts management, coaching and customer relationship management.
Our training programmes not only help employees to improve their performance in their current role but also prepare them to take on a more challenging position in the future. Courses are run throughout the year at our companies' offices in the UK and the rest of Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
We also have a number of e-learning modules associated with our training and development programmes. They support the continuing development of our employees by helping them to apply day-to-day what they have learned in the classroom.
BMT is committed to Continued Professional Development (CPD) and supports staff wishing to pursue additional qualifications in their respective fields.
