The Role

BMT Defence and Security (DAS UK), a company which forms part of the wider BMT Global family, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and grow our technical services into the Defence & Security Research market.

What’s the role?

You will be joining the business at an exciting time, having the opportunity to shape and grow the business with a particular focus on our technical services for Government customers. You will be responsible for customer engagement strategy, growing the opportunity pipeline, and leading specific captures and bids. You will have a responsibility to lead the development of new business against an agreed order intake target, and in support of our Strategic Plan. You will report to the Head of Sales, whilst working in partnership with our Business Line Leads and experienced teams of consultants. The role will be based in Bath, with travel expected throughout the UK.
