We are growing and we're looking for someone passionate about customer service and business support to grow with us. This position reports into our Project Support Lead and is critical to the “day to day” operations of a multi-disciplinary engineering, science and technology consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Key tasks in this role include:
- General reception duties i.e., taking customer calls, greeting visitors, receiving and dispatching mail and couriers, meeting room and calendar management, etc.
- Formatting of technical documents and presentations.
- Purchase and management of office supplies.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff on an ad hoc basis.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and kitchen.
- Assist with organizing internal and external business functions.
- Ad hoc projects.
- Assists with new starter and staff departure processes, including setting up workstations and equipment for new starters as well as organizing farewell gifts and cards for staff departures.
- A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favorably.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous administration or customer service experience with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
