Systems Engineering is widely used to support the acquisition and management of complex engineering projects.

We use our experience of Systems Engineering to apply it in its purest sense (model based systems engineering, enterprise architecture, requirements engineering etc.) and also applied to complex systems or problems.  By combining our systems engineering approaches and domain knowledge we apply enough rigour to help you reach decisions quickly and effectively.

Whether you are using a Waterfall approach to your acquisitions or more Agile methodologies we can provide a tailored Systems Engineering approach regardless of where you are in your project lifecycle.

Definition of new requirements

We can help you document, analyse, and prioritise your requirements and specifications through every phase of even the most complex engineering projects.  We use a comprehensive process that focuses on discovering, analysing, negotiating, and defining user and system requirements to identify specific capability needs. We engage with you to identify and capture technology requirements across the spectrum, from equipment and training to infrastructure development.

Our services include:

  • Defining requirements and achieving "good requirements"
  • Developing and capturing requirements
  • Implementing requirements traceability
  • Establishing the prioritization of requirements
  • Placing requirements under change control
  • Support in authoring statements of needs and other requirements documentation
  • Training and knowledge transfer
