BMT has been assisting in the investigation, analysis and optimisation of potable water consumption and management at a number of the largest Bases throughout Australia.
Outcomes and Benefits
These projects target opportunities for reducing water consumption with a strong return on investment, while maximising resilience, capability and operational efficiency. The work to date has identified very large opportunities for reducing water and wastewater costs and enabled Defence to work proactively with water utilities to manage local supply issues.

The Airbus A400M is a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft being designed and manufactured by Airbus Military, BMT supported the MoD A400M Project Team with the development of the VfMB required to support the In-Service Support Assessment Phase.
