We are currently seeking a Lead Project Controller who will be responsible for maintaining an overview of allocated Projects, ensuring business processes and procedures are followed, generating accurate management information as required and providing essential services, advice, and expertise to Bid Managers and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of allocated Projects.
Within the overall remit, the Lead Project Controller will take on the more complex projects of the portfolio. Additionally, the Lead will have line management responsibilities where appropriate including; supporting, guiding, coaching, and training existing Project Controller colleagues. This role can be based out of either Adelaide or Perth and we are also opened to other locations where we have offices for the right candidate.

- Have confidence with data manipulation, management information systems and MS-Excel
- Have a developmental mindset, striving for continuous improvement in all endeavours
- Be experienced and qualification as a Project Manager
- Ability to run organisational training in project management.
- Have experience and ability to manage and mentor a team, as a lead.
- Have unrestricted working rights here in Australia.
