Realising the Benefits of Digital Training on Modern Policing

3 July 2025

As modern policing is under increasing pressure to respond rapidly to evolving threats, while managing limited resources, our learning and development expert, Jim Price, along with Andrew Kloska, management consultant, explored how digital training can transform law enforcement capability at the Modernising Criminal Justice 2025 conference last month.

In their seminar, they examined how new models of delivery offer personalised and data-driven approaches that can evolve with the learner and the operational environment, through an examination of real examples from UK police services.

Our innovative work in this space demonstrates how tailored training, powered by advanced analytics and scenario-based design, can prepare officers more effectively and efficiently.
