We are proud to be named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) on Lot 5 - HR Services. Being named on this latest framework – following on from our previous appointment as a supplier on MCF3 - underscores the long-standing commitment we have serving central government departments and national security agencies. This further strengthens our reputation for delivering management consultancy excellence to the UK public sector.
This latest success follows a year of wider industry recognition for BMT, including being named on the Forbes World’s Best Management Consulting Firms 2025 list and being featured once again on the Financial Times UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2025 list. These acknowledgements highlight the strength and consistency of our advisory services across government, defence, and commercial sectors.
MCF4 enables government and public sector customers to access high-quality and cost-effective consultancy support across ten specialist lots. Through Lot 5, we can deliver six comprehensive services including capability development, organisational design, and training and development - helping organisations unlock new value, drive innovation and build future-ready teams.
Mac Macindoe, Senior Principal Consultant, Training Services said:
“Training Services, as an integral part of BMT, are thrilled to be recognised for the hard work of many, in government and security, over recent years. We continue to build on our vision of becoming a leading provider of high-quality training through innovation and analysis. To be recognised for our additional capabilities in wider HR Services is a testament to our talented people.”
Alan Hodgson, Senior Business Development Manager for Central Government and National Security adds:
“We are delighted to continue serving the public sector through CCS’s MCF4 agreement, building on our reputation for trust and delivery. This new MCF4 framework agreement underpins BMT’s efforts to help our public sector customers achieve effective, efficient and sustainable operations for the long term.”
Our credentials span a variety of successful transformation programmes across public sector, defence and security. The organisation’s approach blends innovation, teamwork and change management, empowering customers to adapt and thrive amid evolving challenges.
In addition, our inclusion on this latest framework, highlights our agility in providing high-quality complex transformation consultancy services for government customers through multiple core frameworks, including the G-Cloud 14 Framework.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
