What is ADAPT?

In 2024, we initiated an internal innovation project, ADAPT (Adaptive Dredging Automated Prediction Toolset) to develop a cutting-edge predictive bathymetric decision support application that went beyond current commercially available physics based modelling solutions. Purpose-built for the challenges faced by ports and waterways, we have integrated real-time monitoring data, vessel traffic patterns, and environmental inputs with advanced machine learning models to forecast sedimentation and optimise dredging cycles.
