In 2024, we initiated an internal innovation project, ADAPT (Adaptive Dredging Automated Prediction Toolset) to develop a cutting-edge predictive bathymetric decision support application that went beyond current commercially available physics based modelling solutions. Purpose-built for the challenges faced by ports and waterways, we have integrated real-time monitoring data, vessel traffic patterns, and environmental inputs with advanced machine learning models to forecast sedimentation and optimise dredging cycles.
Our disruptive new data services strategically enable port managers to plan dredging exactly when and where it’s needed by predicting shoaling patterns in advance - reducing over-dredging and improving channel availability.
With predictive insights and real-time data, we can support proactive environmental management, simplify compliance, and help meet evolving regulatory and ESG commitments.

Andrew is our Strategic Account Director. He has 18 years' experience working on offshore, fixed and floating energy offshore infrastructure projects, and maritime distribution infrastructure. Working in the capacity of an Electronic Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Project Sponsor/Director for the delivery of global Asset Integrity and Asset Performance monitoring and decision support tools, he has intimate knowledge of maritime assets and the unique challenges of offshore and coastal operations.
