Location:  Global and remote working supported, occasional travel to BMT offices, including overseas locations, may be required.

Join BMT’s Global Strategy, Planning and Corporate Development Team, part of the Global Growth Team, where you will play a pivotal role in turning corporate strategy into meaningful business action. As Global Business Planning Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of BMT’s Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP), bringing together market insight, strategic priorities, operational plans and financial data into a clear, cohesive roadmap for the organisation. 

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, including the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team, you will design and deliver an effective planning process, creating the governance, tools, timelines and frameworks needed to support informed decision-making. You will synthesise complex information from multiple sources, identify key themes and insights, and communicate them in a clear and accessible way to a range of audiences. You will also help shape strategic conversations by providing decision support, coordinating market and business insights, and ensuring planning activities remain aligned with BMT’s long-term ambitions.

You'll be a natural communicator who can take complex information and turn it into clear, practical messages that help others understand what matters most. Strong organisation and planning skills will help you manage competing priorities, keep momentum moving and deliver high-quality outcomes.

We're looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful and eager to learn. You'll enjoy asking questions, connecting ideas and finding clarity in complexity. You'll be collaborative and approachable, building trusted relationships across teams, functions and regions, while remaining adaptable and resilient when priorities shift. You'll also bring a high level of personal accountability, attention to detail and the confidence to work independently while knowing when to involve others.

Experience in business planning, strategy, transformation, market analysis, financial planning or preparing materials for executive audiences would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. Likewise, a degree, professional qualification or analyst background may be helpful, but what matters most is your ability to demonstrate the capability, enthusiasm and potential to succeed and make a positive impact at BMT.
