You’re someone who’s led IT services across the UK and Europe and knows how to guide a business through big technology changes. You think strategically, always looking for ways to align IT decisions with the bigger business picture. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you enjoy building strong, positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

You’re known for your ability to energize and motivate teams, quickly earning trust and getting everyone moving in the same direction. Communication is one of your strengths—you can explain complex technical ideas in a way that makes sense to everyone, whether they’re in IT or not.

You’ve managed IT projects from start to finish and have a solid grasp of project management. You’re also familiar with UK MOD security requirements and hold an ITILv4 Foundation certificate.
