The PULSETerraMetrix hydraulic system provides all the same features as the Rope Shovel product. It can be fitted to all hydraulic shovels and wheel loaders.
Like the Rope Shovel product PULSETerraMetrix EX deploys direct loadcell measurement with inertial compensation. This allows for accurate payload measurement during the swing cycle and the measurement of the total front-end forces for enhanced health monitoring. This technology can also be deployed to all wheel loaders. Through the use of laboratory calibrated loadcells, site calibration of the system is not required.
The team at PULSETerraMetrix have developed two Vision systems. The standard system uses a basic lidar head mounted on the shovel to provide operators with a profile view of the bank so that they can see the actual excavated material versus the mine design.
Vision+ is the more advanced system. This provides similar functionality for the operator, but also saves the lidar data so that mine staff can look examine material volumes, and visualize the shovel in 3D in real-time.
The PULSETerraMetrix DL system for health, production and payload management on draglines provides live payload and structural alarming to ensure operators have critical feedback.
The PULSETerraMetrix RS system for health, production and payload management on rope shovels focuses on pass load accuracy in order to empower operator based strategic loading decisions.
