BMT enabled Application Portfolio Rationalisation for a critical, high-profile Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Government ICT system.
The NOMS Application Rationalisation (ISA-NAR) project analysed the applications used by the Prison Service and gave recommendations for the ongoing management of the application portfolio.
We worked closely with teams in the Department to engage with a number of third party suppliers and MOJ stakeholders to ascertain financial measures relating to NOMS applications; gather information from many sources, using knowledge of the MOJ to ensure that appropriate information was gathered and was provided willingly and accurately and; present the information gathered to the VMT to inform decisions regarding actions to rationalise NOMS applications.
