BMT were contracted to analyse an organisation’s business processes.
We were asked to provide recommendations on how it could improve the efficiency of:
- monitoring and;
- reporting business performance.
BMT undertook a requirements analysis exercise.
This enabled us to produce a User Requirements Document (URD) followed by System Requirements Document (SRD) to define how the requirements could be implemented within a software solution.
As a result, BMT developed ASSERT:
a flexible, customisable performance reporting system.
Feedback shows how much time and effort has been saved on performance reporting activity by using ASSERT – as opposed to the previous, more mandrolic, mechanisms.
