  • Established a Project Support Office with a standardised toolset to align management information reporting for the Maritime Combat System Convergence programme.
  • Provision of an Enterprise Architecture Framework to support organisational, ICT and business development at the MoJ.
  • Project Delivery - Managed the specification, selection and procurement of the Defence Medical Education Local Area Network or DMEL, to provide the primary Information Service for Defence Medical Services.
