Our expertise and independent advice provides clarity and confidence in complex situations

Helping you design, plan and manage a programme of change to deliver the desired outcomes, embed new capabilities into business as usual and realise the benefits, covering not just the technical solution, but related aspects such as people, culture, processes, information and governance.

We engage across all levels of your organisation to develop a realistic approach to the programme that takes account of your environment and culture. By working collaboratively with your teams, we can deliver sustainable change and maximise the benefit achieved from your change programme. Customer projects include:

  • Setting up and managing a Programme Management Office for Army Headquarters.
  • Programme Delivery - expert resource to help Metropolitian Police Service progress across their transformation programme that will help deliver its vision and implement the One Met Model (OMM) Target Operating Model.
  • Development of programme controls for the Smart DCC Switching Programme.
  • Programme Design for the Energy System Catapult 1000 Home Living Lab programme

How we help you shape, deliver, assure and optimise your programme:

  • Programme Design – To design and architect a programme, defining the current and future states, the controls and governance needed, and plan stakeholder engagement and communications, benefits identification, investment appraisal and cost analysis.
  • Programme Delivery – Establishing a programme framework for controls, risk, issue and dependency management, benefits profiling and realisation, quality management and performance reporting, and designing and providing Programme Management Office services.
  • Programme Improvement – We assess compliance with standards and programme controls and management frameworks (e.g. Managing Successful Programmes), baseline maturity using models such as P3M3®, and then develop and implement plans to improve all aspects of programme management and controls, providing confidence in delivery of programme solutions, outcomes and benefits to time and cost.
