Finance Administrator

Location: Shamrock Quay, Southampton

Contract Type: Fixed Term – Maternity Cover  

Hours: 38 hours per week

The role

BMT are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their Southampton office to cover a period of Maternity leave. Reporting to the Regional Finance Controller, the Finance Administrator will work alongside the Management Accountant to maintain complete and accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are accurately accounted for, whilst ensuring that appropriate internal controls are maintained.

The individual

Key responsibilities:

The Finance Administrator is responsible for the day to day transaction processing for the Sales, Purchase and General Ledgers, as well as assisting the RFC with Month End processing.
