HR Business Partner – 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover

What’s the role?

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for delivering BMT’s HR strategy. You will build successful relationships with key stakeholders within your assigned client groups and across the Global HR community.

We can offer flexibility on the location of the role as, in addition to our offices in Bath, we also have locations in Plymouth, Portsmouth, Weymouth and London. If not based in our Bath office then travel - when it is safe to do so - to your stakeholders and customers in the South West and London may be required. 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional and personable HR Business Partner, who holds a minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification. You will have demonstrable experience in a HR generalist or HR management role and a solid understanding of UK employment legislation. To thrive in this role you will need strong Microsoft Office skills.

As the first point of contact for providing a timely and proactive HR service, we will really value your ability to think strategically and logically, helping the business to work more effectively. Your excellent interpersonal skills, alongside your ability to influence and challenge, will enable you to work successfully as a key support partner to senior leaders, management teams and staff members.
