The Role

Our services are employed by government and private sector clients to tackle the most intricate design, system and enterprise level challenges in cyber security, intelligent systems, naval design, technical authoring and asset management, including the development of standards, policy and regulation as well as decision support for programme, project and digital transformation programmes.

What is the role?

We are looking for a Project Controller or Assistant Project Controller to join our small but busy Contracts team on a 18 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will be responsible for coordinating the accurate forecasting of programmes and projects, performing Contract Award Reviews to ensure an accurate contract baseline is established, and ensuring the appropriate programme and project information is managed.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Proactively working with Bid and Project Managers to support delivery of allocated contracts/projects;
  • Interacting with commercial and delivery teams, including resource managers;
  • Managing and prioritising individual workload;
  • Providing support to the preparation of company offers to the required standard and deadlines;
  • Ensuring that relevant management information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Liaising with Programme, Project and Task Managers to ensure finance actions are conducted to schedule and in according with accountancy standards;
  • Liaising with the wider Project Control team for progress monitoring and invoicing activities;
  • Driving continual improvement in our company processes.
