We are looking for a Commercial & Contracts Administrator to join our team at BMT. This role would primarily be based in Perth, alongside our Senior Commercial Partner. We have office locations in most major cities across Australia and can make the location work for the right candidate

This role provides an opportunity for someone to further their career in commercial management by being involved in managing and reviewing new contracts, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations.

In this role we will support you to:  

1.      Coordinate commercial activities including reviewing contracts, preparing contract summaries, and assisting with negotiations.

2.      Maintain and update customer databases, records, and commercial documentation.

3.      Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and procurement departments.

4.      Ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies in all commercial transactions.

5.      Address and resolve client queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

6.      Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.
